The current trend is that more and more workers and professionals prefer to join companies with social and environmental commitment. They are more satisfied.
 In fact , 50 percent of employees  responded on a survey that stated that if they had the opportunity, would have opted for one of these companies' "green".

Working in such companies apparently encourages workers with this new vision.
Sustainable organizations would be those in which both employees and the organization are committed to environmental defense and environmental  responsibility.

But the key is to define what is meant by sustainability, it is important to know why and how you can collaborate on the issue with concrete initiatives.

As a way can be the formation of an environmental committee to open channels for workers to effectively join the substantive company efforts aimed at sustainability.

The purpose and goals of sustainability of a company are useless if not supported and unrestricted commitment of workers. Without them, half the battle is lost.
