In companies there are factors that can be positive or negative for the good management of it. When working in a company, it is important to have knowledge about what works, to avoid any inconvenience that could harm it. Not to repeat mistakes in entrepreneurship, it is important to know what factors can make it fail. The causes of this failure can be external or internal. The external ones are those that come from the general situation of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the country or the economic sector in which we find ourselves. The interns depend on the entrepreneur and are diverse.

We can also stand out the commercial and financial as the main causes. The commercial causes come basically from the demand instability and new competitors. The demand instability comes from consumers changing our tastes and meeting our needs with other substitute products or services. Therefore, entrepreneurs should continually innovate. When we perceive an increase in sales, but with a decreasing rate, to be exact, less and less growth, we should think about innovating, since the life cycle of our company will be reaching a maturity stage which will be followed by a stagnation and a subsequent fall sales.

Here are 3 recommendations for avoiding business failure:

1. - Errors with employees: It is fundamental to know what type of people we are hiring, that’s why before placing a person in a vacant position inside our company, we should study and analyze, which is so specialized in the area for which is postulated. It is a role that must be fulfilled by the personnel who are experts in selecting the personnel, who are known as human talent, that’s where the process of those who make up the business organization begins. It is important that we be rigorous with the selection, because if we have an efficient and highly qualified team, we are sure that you will have a satisfactory job.

2. - Do not ignore the client: Our primary source in the business is customers, if they aren’t comfortable with your product or service; you could fail sooner than we think. That’s why, we should always give the customer what he wants, with the best treatment and friendliness, with services and quality products, so they are satisfied and faithful to our company. Do not forget to be attentive to our customers before and after making any purchases.

3. - Business culture: It is an important point, because it is up to us to be able to create an entrepreneurial culture, where we become identified with our work team, as with the clients. Let us have a particular identity and trust with our consumers so they can feel part of it and will be a great contribution for our company.

Mauro Libi: The best ideas to make our office a fun place

If we think that the best way to boost our company is to be chained to the desktop and the smartphone and keep our employees in the same way, we are very wrong. This mentality is a past thing. Innovative companies have shown that we can afford to have a fun work space for ourselves and our employees, and that this will help us to be more productive and happy, and who does not want be productive and happy employees? The first step is to believe that the words "fun" and "work" are part of the same sentence. That's right, work does not have to be a cubicle that keeps us away from the fun of regular unfair life and can even be a place where we find laughter and satisfaction.

Once we realize that being professional does not mean being very serious all the time, we will be able to have more fun in our workplace, while increasing our productivity in the process. Injecting fun into the office can result not only in a more innovative environment, but also in a more efficient environment. Then, we share successful tips and the best to incorporate the fun in our place of work

1. Experiment with different projects: Anything that pulls us out of the routine can help us. The "20 percent" doctrine, which a successful multinational implemented among its employees, is based on allowing workers to use a fifth of their time on the job to carry out personal projects. This experimentation freedom resulted in the creation of programs successful that all people today use to communicate through the Internet. We should think about encouraging our employees to have fun means that they will be working fewer hours, but several studies have revealed otherwise. In fact, companies that give employees some freedom have a more dedicated, loyal, successful and committed workforce with business projects.

2. Recharge your brain: Taking a mental break makes it possible for us to do tasks with less vitiated vision and a fresh attitude. If we have ever experienced the phenomenon of thinking in the watering can, then we know that a distraction commonly opens the mental space for new ideas. Let us draw our mind from one thought, let it be directed in another direction, and when we return we discover that we have already found the solution.

3. Encourage our employees to have fun: Fun is a language that we all talk about. Injecting something fun into our business model encourages communication and creates a sense of belonging. What successful entrepreneurs are discovering is that if people have a connection with the company, they will be more productive. Because when we do our work in a fun way, it reduces stress and increases productivity.

Mauro Libi: Types of leadership: what are the main ones?

It is important to understand that the style or type of leadership exercised by supervisors or senior positions in the company will always have consequences with us as workers, even if we do not realize or confuse these effects with the personality of every person. To be clear about this is very important, since leaders are agents who, by their decision-making power, are in a privileged position in influencing others, for better or for worse.

The leader is the support of the team, which motivates people to develop their ideas, skills and creativity. In addition, it encourages teamwork, responsibility and personal development, especially, is who makes their employees feel identified with the company. A positive leadership type can improve the performance of our employees, their well-being or increase the benefits of the company. On the contrary, a negative or harmful style can create stress or burnout in subordinates, lower their self-esteem or cause losses for the company.
Many researchers have paid attention to this phenomenon and there are many theories that talk about it. Here are the most common types of leadership that exist:

Leadership laissez-faire: In this style, the leader intervenes only if it is necessary, usually has greater experience and motivation, because being experts have many skills to solve situations and is capable of having excellent performance, is also used in the case of board of directors where the managing director gives enough liberties to its director of department.

Autocratic leadership: It is used a lot with supervisors who make the decisions and simply give the guidelines that are obeyed automatically. It is very effective in environments where decisions are made quickly because the dynamics demand it.

Democratic leadership: It is usually characterized by promoting the participation of all team members, everyone gives their opinion, and the leader takes that opinion into account and makes the final decision.
Transactional leadership: Is implemented through transactions, rather than in exchange processes between the leader and followers who often receive rewards for their performance.

Transformational Leadership: It is when the leader uses high levels of communication and influence, which he tries to achieve the objectives, transmitting the values, the mission and the vision of the organization to reach the alignment of the employees with that philosophy.

It is important to mention that all leadership depends on a corporate culture. It can be said that it is a corporate education that starts in high positions and descends by all the departments and their employees.
