3. Encourage our employees to have fun: Fun is a language that we all talk about. Injecting something fun into our business model encourages communication and creates a sense of belonging. What successful entrepreneurs are discovering is that if people have a connection with the company, they will be more productive. Because when we do our work in a fun way, it reduces stress and increases productivity.
