The US Army is known as the most powerful
army on the planet and it is not small part due to the slogans that have
inspired and place a feeling of positive thinking within its own
soldiers. “Be all you can be.” An
army recruiting slogan used for so many years. One soldier I spoke to, got him
choked up. He said when he heard that slogan, there's nothing on this green
earth stronger than the U.S. Army and that's because there's nothing stronger
than a U.S. Army soldier. I mean, he just lost it. He said the Army means
everything to me, and that's so true. We're the mightiest army in the

and that you will have problems to deal with. Real problems where the solutions

There is a positive thinking exercise that
has worked over the years. It is called the power of –YES. You just start to
say yes to almost everything and you will find that yes becomes a regular word
in your vocabulary. Here is a story that I read that inspired me. I've been
waking at 4:00 am to write before teaching yoga and managing my business. As my
deadline got closer, the pressure increased and the more often I found

I said no to lunch with friends, no to
networking meetings, no to opportunities to teach or speak. No, no, no. I said
no more than ever before. She soon found that clients began to say No to her
and friends. No became her life. That was when she learned the power of the
word Yes. As she stayed positive in her personal life and in her business life
, the more she said Yes to others the more others began to say Yes to her. It
was a new way of thinking. Her positive aura grew and others felt it.. they

Focusing on the reasons for your past
failures will not be productive. Thomas Edison , the great inventor, said that
he saw every failure of his as a stepping stone to success. Instead of focusing
on the failure itself, he focused on what he could do differently to make it succeed.
